  • Nasal polypectomy with laser and microdebrider

Removal of nasal polyps with a microsurgical debrider or endoscopic laser. It restores nasal breathing and the sense of smell, and is often combined with FESS to prevent recurrence.

  • Endoscopic septoplasty

  • Laser cauterisation of septal varices

Outpatient laser treatment of enlarged blood vessels on the nasal septum, a common cause of recurrent nosebleeds (epistaxis). A quick, precise procedure with a low risk of complications.

  • Dacryocystorhinostomy – Tear duct surgery

Restores tear drainage in chronic dacryocystitis or blockage of the nasolacrimal duct. Performed endoscopically through the nose, with no external skin incisions.

Partial or total removal of the parotid gland. Indicated for pleomorphic adenomas, Warthin’s tumours and other parotid tumours, with careful preservation of the facial nerve.

  • Submandibular gland excision

Removal of the submandibular salivary gland for salivary stones that do not respond to conservative treatment, chronic infection or tumours of the gland.
